Professionalism and Quality
Some reviewers were impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work done by Kitchen Saver. Curtis, an installation tech, was described as "exact and professional" by Fran Antalosky. Jon, who did the work for Craig Martin, was extremely professional and aimed to please. Additionally, Curtis and Matt from Kitchen Saver were praised by Fran Antalosky for their attention to detail and professionalism.
On the other hand, some reviewers experienced unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from Kitchen Saver. Angel Walker's installer supervisor rushed the installer on two separate occasions, which was not satisfactory. Rod Slaughter had a negative experience with a representative who was unable to provide a final price and seemed not to care.
Communication
Poor communication was a theme in some reviews. Michael Jennetta did not receive a call back after scheduling an appointment, leaving him feeling frustrated. Kevin Houle's vision was not executed well, and the finishing was not up to his expectations. Rod Slaughter had trouble getting a final price and was made to feel like he was wasting his time.
