Design and Planning
Designer Kitchen and Bath provided excellent design experiences for several customers. Sheree, Aaron, and Barbara were all praised for their professionalism, kindness, and patience in helping clients reimagine their kitchens and bathrooms. They provided multiple options, made adjustments according to clients' needs, and explained the design process thoroughly.
Quality of Work

Customer Service
Aaron, Ken, and other staff members were commended for their responsive and helpful customer service. They kept clients updated on the progress of their projects and were willing to make changes as needed.
Issues with Responsiveness
However, some customers experienced issues with responsiveness. Aragorn Kaplan's aunt had a poor experience with the installation, and when Kaplan contacted Aaron about the issues, he did not respond. Shelbie Nelson had a similar experience, never hearing back from the company after requesting revisions on an estimate. Joshua had a poor experience with Mr. Vry, who failed to provide a quote despite multiple promises.
Overall Experience
Most customers had an extremely positive experience with Designer Kitchen and Bath, praising the company's professionalism, quality of work, and customer service. However, a few customers experienced issues with responsiveness, which negatively impacted their experience.
