Design and Installation
The reviews suggest that the company is experienced in designing and installing custom cabinets. Author Daniel McLaughlin worked with Mark to create a new set of cabinets that matched his existing ones, and the result was excellent. The design was done methodically and on time, with the installation being flawless.
Problematic Service
However, not all customers have had positive experiences. Claudio Martin rated the company 1 star due to poor responsiveness, punctuality, and quality. He claims that the company did not follow through on their promises and was difficult to communicate with.
Food Service
Two reviewers, Michael Crossey and Paula Crouch, did not have anything to do with cabinet installation, but rather shared their opinions on the food service at the company's restaurant. Michael loved his burger, while his wife's seared tuna salad was especially amazing. Paula didn't mention specifics, but praised the food and service.
