Innovative Kitchens & Baths, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the community for over 35 years. Our founder, Robert Neri, established the company in 1984 with a simple philosophy: "until the customer is fully satisfied, the job is not complete." This customer-centric approach has been the guiding principle of our business and has helped us build a strong reputation for quality and reliability.

Robert's hands-on approach means that he is always available to meet with or talk to our customers. He oversees the administrative and design functions of the company, and is supported by an office/showroom manager who handles the day-to-day operations of IKB. Our manager is responsible for keeping all of our projects running smoothly, and for interacting with customers, vendors, and staff. We also have a dedicated bookkeeper who handles all of our financial operations and provides further assistance to our clients as needed.

At Innovative Kitchens & Baths, Inc., we are proud to employ a team of talented and skilled carpenters who are responsible for all remodeling work we do in your home. Many of our team members have been with us for over 10 years, and their can-do attitudes are what sets us apart from our competitors. When necessary, we partner with experienced, licensed, and bonded subcontractors for plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work.

Showroom

We invite you to visit our showroom located at 8968 Brookville Road in Silver Spring, Maryland. Our showroom is open from 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday, and is closed on weekends. When you visit our showroom, you'll have the opportunity to see and touch our products, and to discuss your project with our team of experts.
