Richard is a Class A Building Contractor, and his certifications include Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD), Certified Bathroom Designer (CBD), Certified Remodeler (CR), and more. His unique combination of structural and engineering expertise, along with an eye for creative architectural design solutions, has made him the heart and soul of Lensis Builders.

Richard is joined by a team of experienced professionals, including Stacy S. Lensis, who serves as the Kitchen & Bath Designer. With her art and design background and certification as an Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD), Stacy helps clients select the perfect finish materials for their projects. Danielle Quick, our Accounting Manager, has over 20 years of experience in accounting and is responsible for managing subcontractors, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general office management. Cristina Pulecio, our Architectural Design Assistant, uses her extensive architectural background and CAD software skills to assist with the design process. John Moats, our Lead Carpenter, is an integral part of our construction team, ensuring that every project meets our high standards.
