Business Details
We have dedicated 33 years to remodeling bathrooms and kitchens, and we truly know what we are doing. Our company is licensed by the state of Connecticut as a legal home improvement contractor, ensuring we follow all regulations designed to protect homeowners. We carry full insurance for all work performed by our team and our subcontractors, guaranteeing your peace of mind. Our commitment to safety and health is absolute, and we hold a lead abatement RRP certification to properly identify and handle hazardous materials in older homes. We have used the same licensed plumber and electrician for many years, which guarantees the consistent quality and integrity of their work. Our President, Rockie Welp, is recognized by the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation as a certified tile installer, having passed a grueling day-long examination.
We maintain the highest professional standards through an OSHA 30-hour certification, which instructs us on comprehensive safety and fall protection. As a member of the Tile Council of North America, we align our practices with leading industry quality standards and independent research. We have completed advanced, multi-day Schluter innovation workshops to master the intricacies of modern waterproofing systems. We believe communication is one of the most important aspects of our business, and we listen carefully to your ideas. Our goal is to help make your home beautiful again by taking total responsibility for your project from permits to final installation.
