Our Design Process

Our design process begins with a free preliminary design consultation. We invite you to contact us at 617-932-1680 or email us directly at info@belkitchenandbath.com to schedule a meeting. You can choose to meet at your project site or at our showroom to discuss your style and vision. We encourage you to share pictures or articles of your favorite kitchen designs or custom vanities to help us understand your preferences better.

Once we have a good understanding of your needs, we will take measurements and start designing your perfect kitchen. We will then meet with you at our showroom to share our design in 3D and finalize door styles and colors. If you decide to move forward, we will ask for a design retainer, which will be applied towards your order. We can continue tweaking the design until it meets your expectations perfectly.

When planning a perfect kitchen, there are several factors to consider, such as:

• Your Family and Lifestyle: Do you have children or plan to have more? Are there any physical limitations within your family that need to be accommodated? Do multiple people cook simultaneously, and is seating or dining space needed?

• Storage Needs: Do you have small appliances that you use frequently, like mixers or food processors? Are you a bulk buyer, requiring more storage space for groceries?

• Entertaining: How often do you entertain, and is it generally formal or informal?

• Other Considerations: Do you need a desk area, pet feeding station, or a TV in your kitchen?
