Response to Customer Service
Heritage's customer service has been a mixed bag for some customers. While some reviewers had positive experiences with customer service representatives like Myra and Eric, others reported poor response times and unhelpful representatives. Mazen, for instance, had to wait over 6 months for some issues with their new kitchen cabinets to be addressed, while LaRhonda Davis had difficulty getting in touch with April after a week of follow-ups. On the other hand, Brandon Hammond and Kristen Feldman praised the helpfulness of staff members like Matt Wallace, Devyn Read, Laura Lavigne, and Melody Helms.
Quality of Work
Most reviewers were thrilled with the quality of the work done by Heritage. Brittany Harrison raved about the attention to detail and responsiveness of the company, which also helped them with custom design decisions. Alice Seely praised the quality of the cabinets installed in their home, and Heather Dashnau reported receiving many compliments on their new kitchen. However, Walter Pawlowski had a terrible experience, complaining that Heritage canceled their order without providing alternatives or contacting them back.
Miscellaneous Issues
Some reviewers experienced inconvenience or frustration due to miscellaneous issues. Sandy Johnson, for example, found out on the day of an appointment that they needed to book an appointment in advance, which wasn't stated on the website. Kristen Feldman mentioned that their garage fridge was unplugged, causing spoilage, but Heritage reimbursed them for the losses.
