Disappointing Experience

She had them install new cabinets in her kitchen and two bathrooms three years ago, but soon noticed water bubbles forming on two cabinet faces. Despite trying to get them refaced since August 2023, she received poor customer service and was unable to get a straight answer from anyone at the company. However, after posting the review, upper management/partner contacted her and worked to resolve the issue, ultimately correcting the problem.
