At Renovation Refined, we are a modern age, women-owned construction company that specializes in new construction builds and kitchen and bath renovations in Chicago. With over 20 years of experience in the home remodeling and stone countertop business, we have come to understand the needs of today's clientele. Our mission is to offer superior quality workmanship, elite customer service, dependable communication, and intelligent project management, while delivering on our promises.

Our design team curates a one-on-one experience to re-imagine and redefine one room, or an entire home. We create detailed designs conveyed through renderings and storyboards. Our differentiating edge is an in-house carpentry and stone team. We have a 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility, just south of Chicago, which houses the expertise and equipment to make your dream come to a reality. We specialize in any type of stone countertop project, with a mix of over 700 pieces of stone in stock ranging from granite, marble, porcelain, and quartz. In addition to kitchen and bathroom renovations, we can also help with smaller projects such as vanities, fireplaces, thresholds, tiny kitchens, window sills, etc.

Our commercial arm, Sambor Stone, is one of the industry leaders in the Midwest, focusing on high-end commercial stone work, including custom lobbies, hotel bathrooms, and exterior projects.

Stone Work

Our roots started in the custom stone world in 2001. We have grown to specialize in residential and commercial granite, marble, porcelain, and quartz countertop fabrication and installation. Our state-of-the-art 30,000 square foot facility houses the newest machinery and technology for high-caliber production and project execution. We stand as the residential brand producing unparalleled kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, shower inlays, and unique residential projects.

Stone Fabricator's Alliance

In August 2019, Sambor Stone hosted a stone industry tradeshow for the Stone Fabricator's Alliance (SFA) in our manufacturing facility. This event attracted fabricators and artisans from around the world to showcase the latest trends and technologies in the stone industry.
